EDIT: if I read that wrong and it was your giveaway then as mentioned above, reroll. SUpport may ask for proof that you tried to contact them but if they haven't been online in so long it shouldnt be an issue

It would probably be best in everyone's interest to reroll it, but i would wait til the 30 day mark to make it fair for the winner also.
