So, i won a Civilization 4 Complete Edition Giveaway just now, but it turns out to be Civilization 3 Key (which was given for free at Humble Bundle), what's the steps needed to report this? Thanks for the help

I would suggest closing this thread, putting up a support ticket, or talk with the person who created the giveaway, This is considered calling out and it is against the rules, and you can receive a suspension for it.
