The database usually contains the last price of the game before it got removed. That's the price that will be used for CV calculation.

What happens if you give away Fable III, Deadpool, or more generally a removed game (from Steam store)? Do you get any CV?
I'm asking this because on Steam DB Calculator, removed games don't count towards your account value...
Edit: as Zomby2D pointed out, the database contains the last price of the game before it got removed... But, what if the game is removed only for US$ users and then the price drops to 1Eur? Will it still take the old dollar value?
