Legally, yes. But nobody bothers to check if the address you entered is real.

Seems like they don't care.. as long as you entered a US Address in your account details it goes thru without any problem.

You can try Borderlinx if you need one.. Some states will get Amazon to apply extra taxes on purchases, so just pick wisely .. I know Ohio doesn't.
