Edit : I forgot I haven't answered the question yet. I used to care a lot about CVs, back on SGv1. Always tried to get the best deal while maximizing CV gained. Stopped caring for that now and I do a few giveaways here and there from time to time. The region lock sucks though... I can't really give good games now since I can't purchase any ROW games from Steam anymore :/

There area ton of users on SteamGifts. A lot of people are here to win free stuff, some people are here to give and get, and very few people just want to give. If asked the question of which group you are in, I bet most people would claim to be givers for the most part.

EDIT Don't get upset at the poll choices, They are represented in more of a comical manner for certain options. Yes there are more categories that I didn't list and more specific users as well, and some that fall into multiple categories.
