In general, i always wait for a bundle / reduction before taking a game on steam (because my backlog is really huge), but the first game i take on steam was the only one without any reduction (Ballistic NG, at 6.59 euros / 7.99 $)
Have more than 200 hours on it, keep playing it today, so i never regret this first purchase.
And you, did you have bought some games in steam for full price, and if yes, what games did you take ?

75%+ is the golden rule for the most wanted games.
The rest only when they reach 80%+ or get decently bundled.

I still am angry for buyin' in day one Forza Horizon 4 Deluxe for 100 euros, but at same time, I enjoyed the game alot, and I even am tempted to buy the 5 one, but probably I'll wait for a discount.

Those that I remember:

The Witcher III, Grand Theft Auto V, Tekken 7, Assassin's Creed Origins, Resident Evil 7, Metal Gear Solid V, Borderlands 2, technically Dark Souls, XCOM, Dishonored, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Batman Arkham Knight, Street Fighter V, Tomb Raider

Aside from Arkham Knight due to technical issues and SF V as online didn't work for me out of the box, I don't regret any of my purchase. I had fun and got my money's worth.

Only one. The first purchase I ever made was Beyond Good & Evil (4,99€ full price) to try the Steam platform. And it was my first digital delivery purchase
After that, only purchased games on sale (at least 75%) or bundle, always.
