The champion edition is only coming out for SF5, it makes zero sense for them to already start working on a sixth iteration.

Nope. Why would they release Crash Bash remake on Steam when Crash Nitro Fueled isn't there yet. And Street Fighter 6? Doubt it. Capcom seems committed into making Street Fighter 5 a big esport thing and wouldn't want to divide the playerbase. And as the first comment here said, Bioshock 4 is impossible. Just last month the news were they were starting the project up. Literally just starting it up with concept arts and stuff. There was even an interview with the main director lady (or whatever her position was called) and she couldn't say a single thing about the game because basically they don't know what they're gonna do yet.

If Alyx gets ok sales and reviews Valve will reveal Portal 3 VR or as they are afraid of number 3 it will be: Portal VR: A Glados experiment or something like that.

Edit: but I don't need new leaks for this year. This year has already an extremely huge amount of very good incoming games.

I think Ken Levine isn't even on 2k, most old bioshock and system shock developers are either out of the gaming business or working with other teams on different projects.

Dino Crisis is a capcom/ Shinji Mikami game, they would loose nothing by making a HD version with some improvements, but considering Resident Evil is far more popular, they are likely going to continue remastering, remaking, and making sequels for this one franchise
