As some of you know, I will be getting a new graphics card.
Before I do, which brand should I look at getting?

Any of those are fine. Whom ever assembled the card doesn't seem to make all that much of a difference, so long as it's a known/established company. Grab whichever brand you can find at the lowest price.

EVGA/ASUS for GeForce, ASUS/Sapphire for Radeon (and ASUS only for MB) ;).
Bought an ASUS Radeon R9 270X 4GB DirectCU II TOP 2 weeks ago and am extremely pleased so far.

^^^ That's my opinion, too. I usually go with Nvidia for heat reasons and EVGA because I like the company.

I assume you want an nvidia card since EVGA doesn't do AMD cards.

I would get either an Asus or EVGA.

I'm rockin' an Asus GTX 780 OC DirectCU II card and it's awesome. I don't know about EVGA or Gigabyte (though I've heard good things about both) but since my build is composed majorly out of Asus parts and runs like a dream, I can vouch entirely for Asus.

EVGA, I own a GTX 480 and they have great customer service. Had to send one in for RMA and they were really quick to respond and get me a replacement.

Try to find reviews for each brand's card with comparison to others, if you want the absolute best. There is always slight variation between them regarding cooling and failure rates. Sometimes the other brands might have better VRAM (different manufacturers, I know of Elpida and Hynix, of which the latter is better based on what I've read fairly recently).

Check reviews. See which people are happy with this year and unhappy with. Then go for the one with the best technologies/deals.

Gigabyte, without a doubt. Only mobo and gpu I'll get!

I like the Asus over the Gigabyte, but both are really nice indeed.

Asus all the way! I've used a TON of Asus products and have never had any problems.

That being said, I have also used quite a few GIGABYTE products that have worked well - but they tend to be less feature-rich and solid-feeling (i.e. it feels like they use lower quality parts).

Only used EVGA a few times, so I don't really know about them.

I usually stick with EVGA annually if I can. Never had any problems with them. I gave away my 260 a few years ago and its still going strong but its not really being worked much. When buying 780 I was actually surprised because EVGA was the only brand left. I expected EVGA to be sold out and actually ASUS would be my second choice and MSI being 3rd.

A friend of mine loves MSI, only reason I consider them over others.

I'd prefer Asus, though wouldn't hesitate to buy Gigabyte if it was a better deal, as I've had a motherboard/GPU by them and it worked fine.

I trust Gigabyte for sure.. especially when they put 3 good fans on the video card instead of a big one, better results.

EVGA > Gigabyte > Asus

Based on previous experiences.

EVGA handles warranties the best also.

Why not an MSI? Personally, using now z87 MPOWER with MSI GTX 780 LIGHTNING, even on default voltages I am able to get 1300Mhz core clock, memory is not so good though. Much better than Asus, at least.

Never had any problems with hardware, and support is fast (I had a few questions which they answered within 8 hours).

I dont know why people stick with EVGA (srsly, the customer service claim is something i never use and reference pcb < custom), I prefer gigabyte over anyone else for Gpu as they usually have the highest clock speeds out of the box and is relativly cheaper. their 700 series windforce cooler is way better than previous plastic shroud that looked ugly.

EVGA takes us away to camps where they show us for weeks sometimes why you should only buy EVGA, EVGA is now my god and best friend.

And they replaced my 580 with 670 just cause...
EVGA is love, EVGA is life.

One of my friends got 770 instead of his 670(Asus) by warranty, and not from Asus itself, just from store where he bought it.

There's not a whole lot of difference between them really. It's mostly which cooler you want. EVGA used to have a nice advantage with their lifetime warranties but they stopped doing that.

Asus or Evga

Asus or Gigabyte. I'd say it's a shame that Sapphire doesn't make Nvidia cards, but I'm not a fanboy.

EVGA has the best customer service out of those. BUT, the most important thing, is that EVGA allows you to overclock your card. It won't void the warranty. If that doesn't convince someone, I don't know what will.

For Nvidia, EVGA is my first choice. Quality coolers, overclocks pretty well, and they even have their own free games promotion sometimes. Their warranty service is also top notch. I don't have much experience for AMD, but I usually look for ASUS, Sapphire, or Gigabyte when I build PC for others.

If they have stock coolers, go for cheapest. If they have custom, look up some reviews and go based on them.
