If you click on the grey bar which says how many points you have and what your level is, in the upper right corner right next to your avatar you'll get to a page that has a lot of account information & settings. In the side menu to the left you'll have a link to both your whitelist and your blacklist.

It seems pretty obvious, but i can't remember if i have actually ever blacklisted someone, nor the users i have whitelisted and i can't seem to find a corresponding option to view them listed as such. Am i missing something?
