By this do you mean safe in regards to Steamgifts rules or also safe in regards to SGTools gates requiring to have no double wins?

I did mark is as not received, but SGTools is not able to see it though :s (because it can only check 3 winners for group GAs and there were 10 copies)

fair question i never thought about personally. i'd message knsys and explain the situation if you even happen to win it again. he may be able to whitelist or remove that one win for you after manually investigating it to insure your story matches the circumstances.
it's probably not worth bothering him unless it actually happens though imo.

Hello,
A bit more than 10 days ago, I won a GA for which the creator sent me a duplicate key and never replied to my comments. Eventually I marked the game as non received. But it was a group GA with 10 copies, meaning that SGTools shows it as a possible non activated win and also counts it towards my won real CV (because "the bot is not able to enter the giveaway url and parse winners list").
My question is, if I win another GA for this game, is there a risk that it is considered as a double win? So far I've added the game to my hidden GAs list, but there's always the risk that I enter it from a train or something.
