Well, it says he's a scammer on his profile with Enhanced Steam. And like the others said, please remove the link or you may get suspended.

Steamrep is a better place for this - although they are already a confirmed scammer there with multiple reports against them.

Here it can get you suspended as calling out (presumably because the mods don't have the resources to confirm which allegations are real and which are just malicious). And also nobody pays attention for more than a short while (I have seen a few scammers called out several times and they still seem to be scamming people).
