Have had the problem for months. Emailed them 2 or 3 times, and no reply. Nothing ya can do really I think, unless you add someone who works there or whatever.
Or maybe someone else has a solution.

I have the same problem when I use my adsl. It works if I use a mobile connection which is weird.

I though about logging in from another connection but sadly thats the only connection I have in my house so I guess I have to search for another way :(

Once I'm logged in the site works if I switch to my adsl. I can access the site with the adsl if I haven't logged in, but then trying to log in fails

I had same problem, I fixed it by using another browser, like Opera/Maxthon/Chrome.
Also use CCleaner to delete all your cookies from all browsers, if nothing worked, contact them via http://www.tremorgames.com/index.php?action=contact

please read what I said above, I tried to login from 4 browsers, I completly erased the cookies of my browsers but nothing worked, I sent them two support contact forms and they haven't replied for a week, haven't tried the CCleaner way yet but would like to know whats the difference between it and manual cookies cleaning from browser

You should try CCleaner, now I remembered more clearly, this problem has occured twice for me, I fixed it first time by clearing cookies(CCleaner), second time it got fixed itself after several hours.(It was from TG side)
Also I'd like to tell you that you should delete ALL your extensions and plugins(This is important, leave none installed, in case), should help.

umm remove extensions from all browsers or just the browser i will try to login from

I'm not sure how 1 browser's extensions can affect another, so just to be completely safe, I recommend removing every possible one.

So it's been more than a week since that and I was accessing the site normaly the other day before it happened, I wokeup and tried to access tremor games it gave me the error message "the site has too many redirects", googled that error and cleared my cache and cookies, the site now opens but when I try to login it gives me the error message "There was some trouble logging in", so I mailed support twice and they haven't answered me for a week, I tried to reset my password and login from the new password but same error appeared, I never used proxy while accessing the site, I haven't changed my ISP or moved to a new country, I tried to login from 4 different browsers [chrome,spark.IE.edge], nothing worked and I've bought some games before that happened and haven't recieved them because I can't login :(
Any help is much appreciated, Thanks in advance.
