Sorry to piss on your parade but that's not the way it works. These disclaimers basically mean nothing and people could still join and then demand the game they won if the key turns out dupe. It just depends on how much one values their own word.

To be honest, I would agree [possibly] for a ga to be deleted if the creator was nice and polite and just asked. But never when they write things like this. They make our entry 'conditional' to something we are not subjected to by rule or obliged to agree/follow.
Same goes for whoever asks to be whitelisted... they never are. ^^

1st you will notice that it's my cakeday HA!!! (I never did celebrate any of my cakedays actually so this is like cheap way to say THANK YOU ALL for this jolly time here)
