100% Percent received by users;
You have to follow S. Gifts rules;

Seriously, this stupid 100% thing. I would LOVE to join if you didn't have to be so close-minded! Look at my stats. Look at the received vs the not received. The not received was for when I was an ignorant user. I can't do anything about it now.

I like this idea actually, and would've joined if the CV requirements would be lower.
I would suggest perhaps to lower the "value" requirements and maybe add a few more people?
That way we could have more people being able to afford more gifts.
Also some sort of system to prevent a person from being picked too many times

Does the giveaway have to be part of the summer sale btw? Or just any non bundle game would do?

With 15 members there will be 15 giveaways, one per member.
The "random" rule is used to determine the order/day that the giveaway should be made.
