Perhaps this question has already been asked :
Why not allow to giveaway such games, just with 0 points for entry and 0 points of contribution ?
For example, I have several codes and gifts that I would not want to give out to some extraneous bots.
I would like to give them to users of SG who have a level above 0 (12345).
(It's not about thrash-crafts, which were distributed free by tens of thousands)

I'm confused. According to that post, there is still a category for "Free games" which shouldn't be allowed to be given away. Yet, I now see giveaways for games that as we speak are still free on DLH.
Have all previously blocked games officially been unblocked, even though they are still free today?

F2P aren't included, once-free games are. I don't think it's clear how currently-given-away games (e.g. ones in an active DLH giveaway) should be handled. I suggest you post this a question on the main thread.

About the removed Digital homicide games, those givs seem to have a point value, does that mean they give CV now?

this is also a list about giveaways, but i already found like Absoloot whats not up there but is noCV here. Btw, is there an official list now here or is there some info when creating giveaway that it wont award CV? I planing to create a lot of giveaway soon and while i have a lot of those giveaway games (but from bundles not as giveaway) what ill still want to give away here as finally its possible, i want to give away a few of them on astats for astats achievement points:-)
edit: yeah, just started to create some giveaway and the * shows the no cv and the bundled one, nice new feature so now i can reserve 1 from each ** for astats giveaways for achievement points:-)

Games that were once free or exploited are removed from the giveaway list of the game. But since the list is now an auto-suggest instead of a dropdown, it makes me waste time scrolling the list of games to find that the game is not in the list...
A list of un-creatable games would be helpful.
UPDATE: Another better suggestion in the comments, is to show ALL games in the list, but grey-out the un-creatable ones and add a tooltip that explain why it cannot be created.
