Hey guys, I've noticed that some trading cards of the Summer Sales Monsters I've dropped are non-tradeable. At first I thought it was the recently introduced general rule for the inventory objects dropped from crafting badges (a week of non-tradeability), since the cards I dropped form playing the clicking game can be sold and traded. Then, I talked with a friend, who told me it happened to be random for him, like 10 out of 50 cards dropped with badge-crafting were non-tradeable while the other ones could be instantly sold and exchanged.
Does some of you noticed something similar? Does it depend on the badge you craft? Is it random?
I would love to have more data about this issue, so please bump my thread, it can be useful for everybody!

Tradeability depends on...?

View Results
The way you collect monster cards.
The badge you're crafting
It's random

It's all about the badge you're crafting, if it uses cards that have a tradeability lock. The only locked monster cards I got were ones that I got through crafting badges using locked cards.

Are there also instantly tradeable cards from badge-crafting? Can you name any game?

If you craft a badge using tradeable cards, all of its resulting items (including monster summer cards) are immediately tradeable. It doesn't matter what game.

Well that's strange, because i crafted 2 badges from all tradable cards, and all the items i got were with trade lock >.> .

I doubt they were all tradeable, then. If one single card was non-tradeable, then the restriction applies. The system hasn't glitched on me at all, and I'll be damned if they'd get away with glitches like that.

Well i could sell them all, I checked the second time. And none of them had that orange message "Tradable & Marketable After". Strange ...

It's simple, if you buy cards from the market they aren't tradeable for a while, so If you use cards you just bought to craft a badge the items you get from crafting the badge will also be non tradeable. Just one non tradeable card is enough to make all non tradeable.

I think there is a glitch.
I traded to get cards and crafted a badge and was able to sell it at once, no wait time.
Unless trading is considered different than a market purchase.
I traded with the Tremorgames bot.

Yes, it's different. Items you buy in the market are locked for a week, items you trade from other users are not.

Funny thing is that my friend got a card when he bought CS:GO with the 50% off (=6,99€).
