Hey, the games aren't removed from your library.
They just don't add to your games owned total anymore.

And cards for those games are no longer marketable. You can still turn them into gems or trade them or craft badges, but no turning them directly into Steam cash.

I had one game removed last week, because the beta had expired (it was a temporary license). Valve sends a notification on your profile when this happens.

After getting the "The Tiny Bang Story" for free yesterday I saw my total games count was 881 on my profile page (accessing through Enhanced Steam extension enabled Chrome).
Just now I saw that count has gone down to 880. Main cause may be due to Steam removing some game from the library. Did any of you experience anything similar?
Also, is there a list maintained where one could check games, that are currently not available in the Steam store anymore, sorted by date of removal. I guess SteamDb may have something similar, need to check it out.
