off-topic: those 500 games in my library and those inventories came from my dota 2 profit.
edit: you don't actually profit anything from games, combining all the expenses (eletricity/internet bill, and time etc.), that small amount of "profit" can't cover up all of them.

A compendium is purely for supporting the TI4 tournament, the players and getting a little involved in the whole process. Honestly, the chances of making back $250 is close to nil...you'd have to be getting Arcanas dropping literally all the time.

In all seriousness, you got sucked in. Buying a compendium...fair enough, 10 bucks. Buying a few CPs packs...an extra 10-30 bucks. But 200? Well, you learnt your mistake the hard way.
