Dead or Alive 6 Season Pass is 90€

Is it overpriced? Yes. Is it expected? Well, also yes. Hell, even the previous title, DoA5, has over $1000 "worth" of dlcs (and no, it wasn't always f2p - that's not an excuse)

Koei Tecmo has been asking for a lot of money in recent times (It's not the first time they ask for 70€ - Attack on Titan 2 also comes to mind). Not quite at 90€ for the season pass, but this one is 80€ for pretty much no content as well.

I mean, if people think that spending 90€ on the first season pass in among many season passes that this game will have (if the numbering suggests what I think) then go ahead.

Personally, I think this is a terrible decision and a gesture of anger and pure hatred towards the fanbase of the game. I think that if you plan to make multiple season passes, make them 50% more expensive than base AAA games with a base game that's 10€ more expensive with a "deluxe edition" that is around 40% more expensive than a base AAA game today, then I think you genuinely have hatred towards your fans. They want you to lose money, they want you to be financially worse off.

The developer and publisher hates you. It despises your existence.

Feel free to support them in their endeavors. I implore you to use your right to support their message to you if you feel inclined to do so.

This is nothing new coming from Koei. These guys charge a lot of money for content that can perfectly be in the game. I remember DW8 Xtreme Legends doesn't have any unlockable costume, all of them are paid.

Fake news, it's not €90 but €89.99, spreading propaganda that inflates prices to decrease the support of the developers who need this money to feed their bills and pay their family!!!!4!!!

And, like DOA5LR, you won't need the season pass to enjoy and play the game for many, many hours.

The game is $60 in the US, which is pretty normal for a AAA title. This is the price I thought it was going to cost before it was revealed.

The price of $93 on top of what you pay for the base game is definitely pricey but it's mainly all cosmetic. You get 62 costumes with 2 characters. If you took away the characters and just broke the price down for the costumes it's $1.50 for each one. I am curious what they plan on charging for the characters alone.. although they more than likely will be sold with their costumes.

One thing that did stand out to me is season 1 only covers 4 months.(If launched on schedule in March it covers till June)

Anything priced at 50 is expensive. Anything over that is overpriced without an excuse. :P

Downloadable content not included in the list above may be released during the same period, but it will not be covered by this Season Pass 1.

Most expensive game i bought was GTA V for smth under 30€, dont like it much and cant refund only expensive game i ever bought (sadly), then 11.60€ for pubg most expensive purchase, not even spend more for game than 15 per one game

smth like 60€ for game and 30 for pass and so is clear waste of money.. even i can afford it with no problem, its still waste of money only

I'm pretty sure Activision loves very expensive Season Passes aswell, that dont include all content.

And considering all SFV Season Passes that don't include tons of stuff and in game micro-transactions also, this is even more advantageous, SFV really gives you way less content for money that is divided into smaller segments. But yeah 90€ is super expensive.
