Guess I'm gonna give it a try with my current ratio of 2.8 and because I didn't find a rule for an ingroup ratio or regular GA that I need to take care of :) (I tend to forget about those regular ones - that's why I'm only in one group with that kind of rule)
Also I might not join most of the giveaways anyway because I hid ~13.000 games from my feed and just join for games that I actually would play.

yes there is not a group ratio you can do what you want.
The idea is mainly to make people who won less than what they win to have more chance.
You can apply if you want.

you dont receive cv or ratio points for games without 5 entries so they have under 5 games that shouldve pushed them closer to the goal. which is probably why they mention it since that stuff ruined it for them even more then their stats right now
