Haven't seen a thread about it, and I don't know how long it's been going on, but until August 31st you can use this voucher:

to get 20% off any title on GMG.

I, myself, just used it to get Dawnguard for cheap. You could also probably use it to get a Borderlands 2 Preorder for $40. (Outstanding price for such an awesome game)
