so i completed the Shadow Raid Legends task which implied a reward of 40 diamonds yet upon completing it i only got 10
what gives?

You need to login to the game 7 days in a row. On the 7th day you will receive new character. I assume that to receive 30 dias we will be required to send screenshot of that character with your nickname in game.
Game is pretty easy - click auto battle and 2x speed - now I'm on 4th location.

Finally, I got one. I was actually having dinner while casually opening a diamond pack on my phone. And then suddenly, the 10$ card pops up. Really surprised me. I guess from next time I will open packs only while eating. Maybe it gives me more luck. Was my first time opening a pack while eating.

It can be some issues on their side (I see 429 error on your screenshot - too many requests). Or it can be some sort of region lock - try to use VPN. Or try to contact game support.
If you have mobile - try to use it. I don't have any issues with the game on my mobile.

They seem to be excluding the UK in many of the deals. It is a lootboy thing. It may have something to do with Brexit vs various deals. Not entirely sure. Usually UK and Ireland are lumped together for various licensing purposes, but Ireland isn't excluded.

The Itch codes work ok ,they're the same for everyone..
It's the actual lootpacks that don't show on the UK Lootboy site.
It was good when it first started but has got worse as time went on.
We used to get a lot of Lootpacks now we get the bare minimum in the UK..

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.I hope this helps :)
