Little help for new user

Hi. I received a key of outlast form humble bundle store. I already have the game. I want to put it on a giveaway vut there insn't any "Outlast" in the banner "Select a game". How can I do it?

Due to a recent change you are now allowed to give away free games but you have to wait until the promotion is over and the game has been added back to the GA list ;)
Not much use making a giveaway now that everybody can still get one themselves but when it is over the people who missed it will be happy.
