Should I go for level 30?

Not worth it at all, even if your luck increases ten fold and you get 5 boosters it probably won't be enough to repay your debt.

Once eligible, your Steam Level increases your rate of receiving a booster pack drop:

Level 10: +20% increase in your drop rate
Level 20: +40% increase in your drop rate
Level 30: +60% increase in your drop rate
Level 40: +80% increase in your drop rate
Level 50: +100% increase in your drop rate (i.e. the rate has doubled)

I would go for it but not for the booster packs.

Why stop at 30, reach for the sky! Get to 50

1. Do you have enough cards to make that happen just by trading?
2. Are you very close to level 30 already?
3. Are you extremely rich?
4. Are you dumb?

If you answered "yes" to any one of these questions, go for it.

Lot of people are saying no reason to level up but there is a point to leveling up, and making badges. Making badges gives you coupons, emocations and backgrounds and leveling up gives you show cases for your profile and gives you higher chance for Booster packs, which you can sell for a high price. Also leveling up is also for bragging reasons....
