A Question About CS:Complete (No giveaway inside)

Hi everyone. I have CS:Source and CS:GO in my game library. If i add CS:Complete to my game library, can i get a gift copy of CS:GO or the extra CS:GO in the CS:Complete pack will disappear?

I also have Half Life 2, Episode 1 and 2. If i buy Half Life Complete will i get new copies for the games i own?

And if i can't get new copies from Half Life complete pack, for which valve games or packs can i get new copies?
