Hey everyone im new on TF2 and I want to ask, I got tons of chest's, does it worth buyng keys? Or there is some how I can trade those keys? And unlock those chests

Don't buy keys to unlock crates. The loot usually isn't worth it.

So how can I get rare hats, or other rare stuff? How others get money from TF2 Items?

Buy them from the Steam community market if you want them fast, or just break down weapons, etc to craft metal to trade for hats and things.

Don't spend real money in tf2

Just start by trading weapons and such. I wouldn't unlock the crates if you have already bought keys. I would trade them for some hats and other items you may want.

The most popular trading site is http://www.tf2outpost.com/ where you can find people buying and selling keys for other TF2 items.

Don't get sharked (ripped off). Each key now-a-days is worth about 4 hats or 95 weapons
