If i buy grandmaster, do i also get the rest including master collection?

Here's what they said in the e-mail they sent me: "If you pay $45 or more, you'll receive all of the above and the Total War Grand Master Collection, which includes 20 pieces of DLC."

Yes, I can confirm you get ALL the individual tiers. In my account I have the art pack, Napoleon: Total War, Napoleon: Total War Collection, Total War Master Collection, and Total War Grand Master Collection. So, I'd suggest grabbing a friend or two and making a deal, since the top tier is a steal.
