Yes, the winners have 7 days to mark your gift as received. It's in the guidelines. "Winners should correctly mark their gift as received or not received within one week of the giveaway closing."
Even if they've been back on the site, there's lots of reasons they might've not marked it yet. They have no obligations of marking it instantly, and maybe they didn't even get the chance to check.

So?? I am often on here on my mobile device (as are many people) but there is no way to activate a game in the mobile Steam client, and thus I cannot activate/accept a win until such time that I am able to get onto my computer to do so. What's your excuse for starting the inquisition on a couple of giveaways that barely ended more than a day ago and without considering such possibilities that might exist?

Why no thread naming and shaming those that dont activate or mark as received in giveaways? Seems like it would be nice to have a list of people not to give free stuff to. Or is there a thread and I cant find it?
Anyway, Im new to this and already two of my giveaway slots are stuck because a pair of douche bags wont click the received button. Put me off to be honest.
