I don't think it possible. For bot application any text from messages is "data", not a "code", so bot will not execute (or interpret) this text.

SQL injection is a command which will be interpreted and executed by DB-engine (if the application is badly written and do not process input strings before sending it to the engine).
Any text from messages (exactly, any text from web-page or ajax-request) will not be interpreted by bot. String can be parsed by bot, it means bot can check / search for matches / trim / slice / replace substring / etc in the string. But bot will not execute it as code. It's not needed for bot logic. SQL injections can work only because text from input used as a substring of SQL command, where input string can emulate end of the command and then start of the new custom command. Bot just search messages for pattern matches, extract key and use that extracted key as part of URL (Steam page for key activation or ASF command).

u can flood bots with invalid keys, № of activation is limited in steam. something like 1000 generated invalid keys per page will do thing i think.

Here you can gift directly keys to other people, but you can NEVER PUT THE KEYS DIRECTLY IN THE MESSAGE, even encoded ones, because silent ninjas are as intelligent as grateful people and can solve the riddles too.
So here are a few ways :
If the person answering doesn't have too much GAs won or given, maybe don't use that.
Don't hesitate to propose more possibilities !
