A killer puzzle [ENDED]

Hello hello!
This is my first ever discussion post and funny enough a puzzle!
First off let me tell you that the giveaway is for the game killer7 so that you don't waste your time if you don't like such games or already have it. The key is obtained from Fanatical and should be free of region locks AFAIK.
The giveaway will run for 7 days and it will be lvl1+.

Fun fact about this game is that Shinji Mikami is one of its writers.

All I can give you in order to solve this puzzle is a curious quote from Eisenhower:

“Neither a wise nor a brave man lies down on the tracks of history to wait for the train of the future to run over him.”

Feel free to give hints to the other treasure hunters but please refrain from posting the exact solution! The magic guide as always is your reference to figure out the solution to this puzzle.
