Question bout steam bundles

I never bought a bundle directly from steam before, but consider doing it perhaps. Will all the games from the bundles automatically redeem to my account(which would be meh, since I already own some stuff from the bundle) or will they be individual gifts in my inventory, so I can pick which to redeem and which to pass on, gift or trade?
