The giveaway creator hasn't sent the key yet. They will need to do this manually when you win, this may take up to 7 days. In the mean time I'd recommend not marking the giveaway as received until you get the key, otherwise it can cause you issues

OP, did you actually get the game? Not having a key listed is not a big deal, as it might have been delivered in other ways. What's important is whether you actually got the game.

The user name includes the word "Deleted" and there are none of the usual links on the profile page to their steam account, whitelist add etc. So maybe the user deleted their SG or Steam account. Might have affected the information in giveaways.
