MY first Puzzle :D

I said to myself I'll do my first puzzle as a celebration for my first win on steam gifts...

So I've yet to win anything on steamgifts (LOL!), but I really want to make a puzzle and I had this game in my inventory and thought why not. It's a 'name that band/artist' puzzle, I was inspired by another user on this forum (I forgot his name but he had a black car as his display pic). The game is nothing special but the puzzle is more about some music you may not have come across before :D

PS Please don't share the link to the prize/ any answers. I'll give hints soon when I see which questions people are struggling on.

Edit: Just checked, the giveaway is now active. It will last a week (until 11/01/2014) Let me know in the comments section your thoughts on the puzzle

HINTS

QUESTION 8 = Ok I had a feeling that number 8 would be tricky. I am looking for the mix version of the song. So the artist would be 'YADAYADA (Blah mix)'

Also for some of the answers you may need to put the word 'and' as '&'. I wasn't aware that there was multiple choice in itstoohard

OMFG... I just did Q1. On my way solving it I found some tracks I was really BEGGING you don't listen to those.. but in the end I got the answer and it was kinda relief ;-)

This quiz is super hard due to the common song titles. I have gotten literally hundreds of hits for some of them.
For #9, I found a shoegaze band (starts with "S") with a song named "Special" but ITH won't take it! Argh!

I think with #5 there's an issue with the 'and', you're meant to put '&' instead

I think 9 isn't too hard if you look hard enough ;) on youtube xP

Thanks - I've been trying two versions of every answer that had and/& - but the answer I'm trying for #5 isn't working either way... I even tried switching the names around, but either I've got the wrong artist or something else is wrong :(

Your tip did help me out with #9 though! I had given up after a few pages of results for #9, but it looks like I stopped just one page short of the answer :p
