Is there a general way to go to the store page through app/sub id? Like http://store.steampowered.com/s?id=xxxxxx

It won't work if it's a package id. I need a general way.

You can get to the store through the sub id for example:
http://store.steampowered.com/sub/38740

It has to be available for your shop region though. If I try to visit a package which I cannot buy, I'm sent to the front store page.
