Anyone who does not have any unactivated wins, multiple wins or a VAC ban. You can participate even if you don't have any SteamGifts wins, see the "Have already completed all your wins?" bellow as it applies to this scenario too.

Thanks for doing this--it helped motivate me to finish what I started in Guacamelee! 2. I adored the game, but would definitely have played it more sporadically had I been left to my own scatter-brained devices. Good thing I didn't, since I don't think I could've finished the last leg of the game if I'd gotten rusty on the mechanics.

Looking forward to joining next month's event now that I have a couple of SG wins I want to get into! \o/
