Do the enemyes in creature s. dome adapt to the player's level? everytime he enters? and is it a good zone to lvl up your char like the description on steam sais?

tried it, yes it adapts to player level. And no, not a good zone to lvl up your character

You'll gonna miss a lot of loots and places to discover if you use it as a levelling place. I think its good place to test different kind of strategies both for you going alone or coop.

I find it boring at the first 15-20 minutes because the enemies is just, too easy(for us). Spawn points are also known

Only the last round is somewhat challenging. And that's if you play alone.
