Winner didn't do the feedback saying he got the gift

This probably a really common question, so I apologize. I didn't see anything in the FAQ about it.

So I made a giveaway and it ended. I sent the gift to the winner, and he got it but hasn't confirmed that he received the game. I can see that it was removed from my inventory and it's on their account right now. How long should I wait before I file a support ticket with steamgifts?

There's no information in the FAQ about how long I should wait.

It ended 8 hours ago. They have a week to respond. It's sucky, and not too cool... but he has 7 days.

Nonono, that's for people waiting to RECEIVE the gift. There's no information anywhere about users who already got it but neglected to give the proper feedback.

If you don't want to believe us, keep searching for yourself or contact support. I'll never understand why people ask questions then tell the people who have answered "YOU'RE WRONG!".

Really, the FAQ states "This only applies to people receiving gifts and not those waiting for feedback. Rather than telling you the time period for that, we'll make you search!"? Common sense would have helped, but not many people have it nowadays.

Contact support and ask them since the correct answer is "wrong" in your eyes.

I have problem too i giveaway about 9 months ago Time Gentlemen Please! and Ben There Dan That! and winner post he recived the game now after about 9 months he declained and mark as not recived i look on his profil and he didnt even activate this game QQ i think is kind of stupid so somebody can mark as gift recived next trade/give somebody else and after some couple of months mark as not recived...Sorry for my bad english :)

You should probably have contacted support rather than letting it sit for 9 months.

They would have done something, but I doubt they will now given the amount of time that has passed.

Regardless of how it happened, ignoring the issue isn't going to fix it.

Contact the people who can do something or live with it.

I think he means that the game was marked as received, but now 9 months later, the winner has changed it from received to not received.
