Really, the FAQ states "This only applies to people receiving gifts and not those waiting for feedback. Rather than telling you the time period for that, we'll make you search!"? Common sense would have helped, but not many people have it nowadays.
Contact support and ask them since the correct answer is "wrong" in your eyes.

I have problem too i giveaway about 9 months ago Time Gentlemen Please! and Ben There Dan That! and winner post he recived the game now after about 9 months he declained and mark as not recived i look on his profil and he didnt even activate this game QQ i think is kind of stupid so somebody can mark as gift recived next trade/give somebody else and after some couple of months mark as not recived...Sorry for my bad english :)

This probably a really common question, so I apologize. I didn't see anything in the FAQ about it.
So I made a giveaway and it ended. I sent the gift to the winner, and he got it but hasn't confirmed that he received the game. I can see that it was removed from my inventory and it's on their account right now. How long should I wait before I file a support ticket with steamgifts?
