Why is Dota 2 not on the list?

I got around 10 copies of Dota 2 in my Steam gifts section, I want to give them away but I can't find it on the list! >_<
Don't know if this is allowed or not in the forums, but add me on Steam for a copy if you want one.

Well technically, it's not free and costs about £20 on Steam.... but yes, it is free once you find a person. I seriously don't know what to do with them though.
