The puzzles consists of two steps. Both might be tough if you never saw them before so I'll provide some hints:
for step 1: the code is possibly esoteric
for step 2: the code might be longer than you expected but I can assure you it is for SG

Solution:
Step 1: Code is written in Brainfuck an esoteric programming language. If you decode it you'll get 7aIv0qd.
Step 2: SG uses such code for comments. The solution is https://www.steamgifts.com/go/comment/7aIv0qd

Indeed, both puzzles might be tough nuts to crack if you never saw them, but once you're used to it, it's a cinch.

You're the first. I thought I made something wrong but now I know that it is solvable. Maybe the games were bundled / given away too often and most already own them?

That's right, it might the case that people who own everything aren't even trying to solve the puzzles.
I personally own most of the games (as you can see by my entries), even though I don't really buy many bundles.
