Well, i create this topic on forum, because i hope someone can tell me what must i do...

1 . I was create 2 Group GA and that was ended 6 days ago, while my GA was ended, i create request new winner on this link and the button was change after i create ticket about request new winner because the winner doesn't follow my rules GA.

Q: How long i should wait to know if my re-roll request get approve or not ?
Q: If my re-roll request over than 7 days and the winner mark not receive, what should i do ?

2 . I was create a ticket to ask about blacklist system for my private GA or groups GA.

Q: Well mod Rinarin told me on that ticket, i can freely put some rules and blacklist member on my private / group GA without get a permission first before create private / groups GA, right ? or i should create a ticket to support first and send my private / groups GA link before i put some rules / blacklist on my private / groups GA ?

I know support got a bunch request ticket or another ticket to answer it and i should waiting about that, but i was to scare if i got marked not received because i was nearly reach 7 days to give a gift to a winner before their marked as not received. Sorry if i asked on this forum, i was create a ticket to support but maybe support kinda busy with a bunch ticket coming >.<.

@Q1 - not much you can do. Support is overloaded with tickets. They try to prioretize Rerolls, but in case it takes longer than 7 days just wait. If you get a reroll "Not received" will vanquish from your profile. If they refuse you just send the game and winner has to change it to received.

@Q2 - After you get a permission for BL/rules you can freely add anyone to BL, and freely add BL and additional rules to non-public GAs. No need to create a ticket every time you post something :> You only need to create a ticket if you want permission for a new rule :>

Also edit your 1st picture, as it's calling out. You cannot name the user who broke rules publicly, as it's against rules and will get you banned yourself.
