This was 50% off during the summer sale I think, and until now never went above that with discount. Now it's 85% until 25th of July.
I totally would have missed this if it wasn't for steam's e-mails about sales for games on my wishlist, who would of thought that those can actually be useful. This is an instant buy for me.

I'm not really into game soundtracks so I'm not the right person to ask. Developer uploaded some of them on his youtube channel though, so you can listen to some of them there and see whether you like them. You can find them here.
