I am sure they did, many times these things are started even before the last one is finished and ships, most of the assets are also in place from FC2/3/Blood Dragon.
I don't think they will mess up a series to get it out sooner really, Ubisoft has a nice bit of games including Watch Dogs coming out so its not like they need to make cash quick.

Ubisoft have been delaying quite a bit recently. I wouldn't be surprised if they're being optimistic with the release date here too. Not that it's that much of a problem, I can wait.

Instincts was not better then any of the PC versions, they were pretty meh.

Well 2 had a lot of issues and annoying elements but past that it was pretty good, number 3 was really really good, Blood Dragon was a fun but short twist on 3.
Worth playing at least 3/Blood Dragon.

The main enemy is the new king of Saints Row 5 I think.
I want weapon degradation back(Slight slower then in FC2) and more of the explosive elements(Shooting ammo canisters makes them go off in 2). Everything else about 3 was just dandy.
