Half minute hero sounds like premature ejaculation. Go for Jet Set Radio. I don't have any idea what it is though. Will go and watch some youtube gameplay video.

Edit: I watched gameplay for Jet Set Radio and I don't like it because of the loud musics. Go with Half Minute Hero.
