So for every new giveaway you gonna make a new thread, thus creating spam?

If you know you can't mention the websites because of the rules then why do you still post it in the other thread.

Hi, I told you in another thread weeks ago when you first (?) launched your website that you need a privacy disclaimer i.e. an option for visitors to opt out. It's mandatory in the EU. You also have no contact infos on your site which, again, is mandatory. I don't wanna be Debbie Downer here but right now you're website is an open invitation for any warning lawyer. And since you have monetization on it ie "donations" the site is not considered a personal blog. You're straight up selling games... "Donate over €5 and you are able to pick one of the following games" I strongly recommend you read up on the GDPR and liabilties concerning donations resp money transactions https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Data_Protection_Regulation. Depending on where you are located at (I think Netherlands, if i remember correctly) you will have to apply for a trade license or register as a non-profit. Long story short: Copy&paste a disclaimer regarding privacy settings & for the time being refrain from monetization.

Good. You need to"visibly" link it on the main page though. And you must have your, or whoever is legally liable for the content, contact information listed. Again, I'm not trying to dissuade you from your project, quite the opposite, just trying to warn you of potential legal traps. I still think that your donation model is in a grey area at best. I again would advise that you read up on how monetization is handled in NL if only for tax purposes. I nonetheless wish you good luck with your reviews.

Thank you,
It was not ment for selling games but more for giving something back to someone who wants to help.
I and my team have already been looking at different ways to handle this..
The privacy link is in the giveaway rule list above the giveaways.

I'm not questioning your intentions but if you give an insentive for people to donate ie give them a game its effectively a monetary transaction. You "donate" 5€ and get a game legally is no different from you buy a game for 5€, except of course you're registered as a non-profit which comes with its own set of rules like tax exemption f.e.. The privacy policy must (!) be linked to on the main page and you really, really need a contact page with a name & adress.
