No, but you can give it away here on the forums if you feel like it. Same goes for Desura keys, and sometimes people even drop Steam keys as well.

Just make a new thread called "Mirror's Edge/Medal of Honor ORIGIN Giveaway" or something, and post the codes. Or give them to a friend, or something. Up to you, but you can't do an official giveaway, as this is STEAMgifts. :)
