Any site where you could make your own quiz with "prize" option when it's solved?

I am looking for site where I could make my own super short (1 question) trivias/puzzles with private links for selective audience and prize being issues afterwards. Also it would be nice if there would be leaderboard of who solved it first, without sign in option.

Anyone knows something similar? I remember there was this one website online, but I cannot recall its name...
