Also, if that is a suspendable offense, I think I'm due for something like 15 days of suspension,
since some folks gave me a +1 rep just for them winning my GAs (didn't ask for it though).

I just saw a giveaway with this description: http://i.imgur.com/kT8JCwu.png . If you click the "+rep" link, you get on this page: http://i.imgur.com/52YcazX.png . Now, almost all of this person's giveaways have that description and his / her trade feedback looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/LJCz6J4.png (I am not convinced that those people did actually trade something with him/her).
I wanted to report him/her, but I I'm not sure if this is a valid reason. What do you think?
