The following games have region locks:
GOD EATER 2 Rage Burst: ROW excluding Japan
PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX+: ROW excluding Japan
ENSLAVED: Odyssey to the West Premium Edition: ROW excluding Japan

When creating gift links for any of the games in this bundle, you will receive a warning for the following country list: BN,CN,HK,ID,JP,KH,KP,KR,LA,MM,MN,MO,MY,PG,PH,SG,TH,TL,TW,VN.
These belong to the Asia / SEA regions, where the bundle is not purchasable anyway.
Other than that the above three games are not redeemable in Japan, all games in this bundle can be activated in Asia / SEA.

When you create giveaways for any of these three games, please exclude Japan. If you need to request a new winner, the support team will not be able to assist you in that unless the giveaway is properly tagged.

Open question:

Does RU/CIS get a ROW key as well (I assume yes, because RU/CIS countries are not listed in the above list)?

Will you be ENSLAVED by the lure of Bamco games?

[Tier 1] Certainly recent complaints had some Impact and Humble put great stuff into T1.
[BTA] I'll contain myself so that my wallet only has Little Nightmares from this bundle.
[Tier 3] One Fatal Bullet for my April game budget coming right up.
[Tier 4] I will Get Even the highest tier for Tekken.
[Have] I PAC-MAN munched these up already.
[Price] A $40 game in a $25 tier isn't the deal of the century.
[Skip] Project SKIP
[Complaints] It has a bit of Monthlies Retold the way rebundles are peppered through this.

QUESTION

These belong to the Asia / SEA regions, where the bundle is not purchasable anyway.
However, the keys delivered are store subs (ROW excluding Japan, meaning that they can be activated anywhere included Asia / SEA but not in Japan).

Specifically the last sentence, does that mean as long as I redeem the key outside of Asia/SEA regions, I would be able to play the game in Asia/SEA regions (aside from Japan) if I travel there one day?

In short, I was wondering do the above statements mean --> Redeem your key/gift link outside of Asia/SEA region to get the game, but you are able to play your game (after redeeming it on HB) everywhere in the world aside from only Japan.

I would appreciate it if someone could answer my question. Thanks!

I understand it that way:

You can activate the keys (not a gift link) everywhere at the world (SEA region too) but Japan is excluded. And obvious are able to play it too.

Considering that the subs provided are ROW (excluding Japan), you will be able to activate these games everywhere, no matter if you're in Asia / SEA or outside this region. And if you can activate them, then you can also run them (unless there is a specific run lock in one of these countries, which I doubt).
Note that the restriction with Japan applies only 3 of the games. It seems that I didn't investigate the subs carefully enough after I created the thread, but looking at them again I see that region locked keys for the other games don't exist, therefore they are ROW (including Japan).
