If you own all the stuff that's in that day's bundle, then you only get the coupon. At least that's what I figured out.
I only got MWNL5 Registration, MWNL5 Day 1 and MWNL5 Day 3 in my licenses, but I got a coupon every day.
Makes sense, because from Day 1 and 3 I was missing some dlc, but from day 2, 4, 5 I already have everything.

1) Check your license page.
2) Search for CoH2/TWW in your library, check DLCs and when they're added.

Check if you have the base games first. I didn't have any of the Warhammer ones but checked the actual steam store pages for them and moused over the DLCs. It said they were in my library.

Same, I got MWNL5 Registration, Day 1, Day 3 but no Day 2.

You probably already had the rewards in your account (the DLC - Company of Heroes 2 - Victory at Stalingrad Mission Pack and the game - Binary Domain). For example, I only got the -75% Coupon for Endless Legend from Day 2 because I already had both the DLC as well as the game in my account. Check if you got the discount coupon to make sure you haven't been skipped during content activation.

Need to get up to 50K concurrent 'players' grinding again like on day 4.

look under SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classics - which you own - they are DLC and if you have them they will be there

It only activates if you don't own games from that specific day. I got three games, from registration, day 1 and day 3. Already owned the others. So they won't show in you "Licenses and product key activations"

Having only days 1 and 3 activate is a problem affecting a lot of people. Happened to me as well. I don't think it's terrible luck, it's just that Sega had technical difficulties with the promo. I think something similar happened last year too, and maybe the year before that. You'd think they'd have it sorted out by now lol.

I contacted them and I'm waiting for them to solve the issue for me. What's hilarious is I entered the correct support page (fixed the broken link on the site) and it directed me to a bunch of emails listed for each region. I went with the US support email but that apparently doesn't exist anymore lol. I think only the UK one works for this promo.

Don't worry, they give it away on a regular basis during MWNL just like renegade ops and binary domain. It was on their humble bundle at least twice I think. I wonder how one could not have it already. If you desperately want it though, add me me on steam.

Did you already own Renegade Ops and Company of Heroes 1? If so, there was nothing to grant for days 4 and 5 respectively, in which case these will not appear in your activation list. Any coupons were delivered through a separate process.
