Why do people use CAPSLOCK so much in Bugs/Suggestions?

Bugs/Suggestions category is a very special category. When someone doesn't put there suggestions about their life, someone else will use capslock. I am waiting till someone will put there something about insect.

I assume in the store. The game has been out for nearly a year now, after all. And only two public giveaways were ever made for it: one for level 7 (won by an Asian guy who never touched it, even though his profile is pretty much full anime, meaning this game would really fit into it) and one for Level 1 (won by a South American guy who really wants his profile stay private, yet his name history associates him with one of the numerous CSGO (betting) sites).
